ISO 9001:2015 Certification

 

The Grama Panchayat has obtained the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 Certification to ensure the quality of its services. This recognition was awarded to the Panchayat as part of a project implemented through the Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) to make the services of Local Self-Government Institutions more efficient and citizen-friendly.
